We can provide one-stop design and production service .For some special requirements, full set of circulation grinding solutions and turnkey projects can be customized based on actual production needs, including human-machine interface automatic control and semi-automatic production workshop.
What Rucca can provide
Engineering: Rucca will provide customer with production line flow chart design,production line design,machine layout design and automation program design etc.
Project plan: Rucca project manager will follow up the project after contract is made. Our project manager will send project time plan, factory arrangement, and staff arrangement.
Equipment manufacturing: Most of Rucca machine are manufactured by our own factory,with strict QC control system,test video provide before shipping,Rucca will ensure good quality of equipment and a timely delivery.
Installation: If required,Rucca after-sale service team will send installation engineers for installation of complete project, train the customer workers and trial run the line until the line is accepted.
Considerate after sale service: Rucca after sale service team will follow up the project periodically to make sure a smooth running of the production line.

1.Desired production capacity of the production line
2.Factory size and dimension of the place the line will be placed.
3.How many working hours per day.
4.The degree of automation.
